Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Recruiter with a strong LinkedIn network to join our growing team in Montreal. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong networking abilities on LinkedIn, and a passion for connecting with and placing top-tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to proactively source and engage with passive and active candidates in the IT field.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, technical requirements, and company culture to effectively recruit suitable candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, technical screenings, and reference checks, to ensure quality placements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and stakeholders on best recruitment practices and strategies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on achieving recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruiter or similar role within a staffing agency or recruitment firm, with a strong emphasis on IT placements.
- Extensive network on LinkedIn and other professional platforms with a demonstrated ability to leverage social media for candidate sourcing and engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and trends, with the ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Principales responsabilités :
· Utiliser LinkedIn et d'autres réseaux professionnels pour trouver de manière proactive des candidats passifs et actifs dans le domaine des technologies de l'information et s'engager avec eux.
· Collaborer étroitement avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins en personnel, leurs exigences techniques et la culture de l'entreprise afin de recruter efficacement des candidats adéquats.
· Procéder à des évaluations approfondies des candidats, y compris des entretiens, des vérifications techniques et des contrôles de références, afin de garantir des placements de qualité.
· Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, depuis la recherche et la sélection jusqu'à la négociation des offres et la facilitation du processus d'intégration.
· Développer et entretenir des relations durables avec les candidats, en veillant à ce qu'ils vivent une expérience positive tout au long du processus de recrutement.
· Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et des conditions du marché afin de conseiller les clients et les parties prenantes sur les meilleures pratiques et stratégies de recrutement.
· Encadrer et guider les recruteurs débutants, en favorisant un environnement d'équipe collaboratif axé sur la réalisation des objectifs de recrutement.
Qualifications :
· Expérience prouvée en tant que recruteur senior en informatique ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d'une agence de recrutement ou d'un cabinet de recrutement, avec un fort accent sur les placements en informatique.
· Un réseau étendu sur LinkedIn et d'autres plateformes professionnelles avec une capacité démontrée à utiliser les médias sociaux pour la recherche et l'engagement des candidats.
· Connaissance approfondie des rôles, des technologies et des tendances dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, avec la capacité d'évaluer efficacement les compétences techniques et les qualifications.
· Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, avec la capacité d'établir des relations et une crédibilité avec les candidats et les clients.
· Solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail, avec la capacité de gérer simultanément plusieurs processus de recrutement.
· Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe (de préférence).
