Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors
  • Coordinate with clients to determine event objectives and requirements
  • Develop and manage event timelines
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage event logistics, including transportation, catering, and accommodations
  • Oversee event setup and execution
  • Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Evaluate event success and submit post-event reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Event Organizer
