Your day-to-day work:

- List and profile the competition globally but also by segment (Retailers, 3PL/4PL, SMB...);
- Collect information on the competition's market offerings (Delivery types, Speed, Returns, PUDO...) and associated pricing;
- Determine Intelcom's competitive positioning based on what has been gathered previously;
- List the ancillary costs that can be charged by the competition (remote areas, overweight, wrong address, signature required...);
- Identify competitive fuel surcharge pricing mechanisms and associated discounts if applicable;
- Analyze and track competitive origin/destination pricing trends by geographic category;
- Create and/or update existing sales documents based on market analysis insights;
- Identify promotional opportunities for our integrations with eCom platforms (Shopify, Shipstation...);
- Collect information on competitor SLAs.

Desired qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Economics in progress.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Autonomous, rigorous and good communication skills;
- Work experience is an asset;
- Hybrid work
- Fluent in English and French.
