Up to 20% travel for conferences, tradeshows, on-site customer development, and related events.
Marketing Director RoleThe Marketing Director will be responsible to manage the day-to-day marketing operations, collaborate on the creation of the strategic marketing plan and develop and execute national marketing campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the marketing department's operations and sales support activities (Tradeshows, Promotions, Curated Content, go-to-market campaigns.)Contribute to the company's strategic plan and ensure the execution of the marketing strategic projects.
Manage, improve, and uphold the TRANSTEX brand image and identity across all marketing channels, ensuring that brand guidelines are followed both internally and externally.
Oversee and implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive online website traffic and engagement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.Work on the internal marketing and employee value plan.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
Stay Current:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
RequirementsProven project and budget management skills.
Strategic thinker, proactive and disciplined.
Experienced working in a client-facing, product-oriented role (e.g. product management, product marketing, business analysis, etc.)Detail oriented with an aptitude for technical information.
Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets.
