In close collaboration with the Product Manager, the summer intern will evaluate vendors that offer services of storage and distribution of marketing materials, assist the Product Manager with the organization of brand portfolio folders and workbooks, and perform other ad hoc projects in support of the Marketing Team.

Your Background

  • Currently enrolled in a college or bachelor's degree program with at least one year completed
  • Marketing and/or Administration or other related program
Your Focus

  • Find and evaluate vendors that offer services of storage and distribution of marketing materials, obtain and compare quotes and services, and present a proposal to the Product Manager to help make an informed decision.
  • Assist Product Manager with organization of brand portfolio folders, as directed.
  • As needed, assist Product Manager(s) with updating portfolio workbooks, formatting brand presentations and supporting documents.
  • Perform other _ad hoc_ projects in support of the Marketing Team.
Required Experience

  • Ability to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problemsolving skills, ability to evaluate different data and come to a wellreasoned conclusion.


 Advanced computer skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Meticulous, detail oriented.
  • Initiative and follow through.
  • Motivated, independent, and capable of following deadlines.
