- Manage service schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
- Implement and maintain service processes and procedures to uphold Volvo's high standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on luxury brands.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
- Familiarity with Volvo products and services is an asset.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
