Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Hamilton Dental. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative services, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative services, including record management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Evaluate the operations of the administrative department and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Conduct research and provide reports to management committees on administrative services.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, and interview, hire, and train new staff members.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
