Under the direction of the Director of Accounting, the Accounts Receivable/Credit & Collections is responsible for ensuring that amounts due to the company are current.

This is a part-time position for approximately 20 hours per week.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage collection efforts and call for overdue receivables.
  • Analyze accounts and prepare reconciliations.
  • Respond to and resolve account inquiries.
  • Update and maintain overdue accounts receivable reports.
  • Create journal entries when required.
  • Provide monthly reporting to management.
  • Employees may work remotely on a permanent or temporary basis.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit and collections.
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication, is required.
  • Fluent in French with proven competencies in verbal and written communication, is an asset.
