The Role:


Are you someone with an eagle eye for details? Can you spot a misplaced item from a mile away? We are on the hunt for a dedicated Receiver to be the newest star of our backstage operations.

  • Wear the hat of a product detective; inspect incoming shipments and ensure everything's up to the mark.
  • Be the guardian of our inventory; store, label, and count to make sure everything's where it should be.
  • Embrace collaboration, because at L'OCA, teamwork makes the dream work You'll be coordinating with a bunch of teams from inventory to purchasing.
  • Think you can spot an inefficiency? Great We're all ears when it comes to improving our processes.
  • Keeping our equipment in tiptop shape and ensuring our workspaces shine.
  • And most importantly, sprinkling every interaction, whether with team members or customers, with a dash of exceptional service.

A revolutionary purchasing and org structure, supported by custom technology, allows us to leverage efficiency across the business unit to drive scratch perishable production, massive prepared foods selection, full carcass meat programs, and world class service in a cost-effective format.

We are currently laying the groundwork for a national chain focused initially on western Canada. Our first location is 48k square feet, and located in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
