The Apparel Production and Operations Coordinator is highly motivated and organized individual on our team. Responsibilities:

Production:

  • Collaborate with the production team and process of branded apparel and merchandise.
  • Implement and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and highquality execution of graphic designs on various apparel items, double checking for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail to guarantee the consistency and alignment of branding across all products.
  • Verify products for quality assurance purposes
  • Keep track of and report damaged or lost items
  • Report defective or damaged materials
  • Ensure product meets all regulations
  • Implement and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Shipping and Receiving:

  • Manage the shipping and receiving processes for incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery operations.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential delays.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand and meet customer requirements.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and uphold quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in product embellishment.
  • Work closely with the production team to address and rectify any quality issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee adherence to brand guidelines and specifications.

On-Site Activation:

  • Participate in onsite activations at events, which may require working on weekends.
  • Set up and collaborate (embellishment pressing, Clover sales, etc.) the onsite production of branded merchandise to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • When required restock, recount, and update any inventory.

Inventory Management:

  • Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels of materials and finished products.
  • Coordinate in maintaining an organized inventory system to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Regularly conduct inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and avoid stockouts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in apparel production, shipping and receiving, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality control.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Familiarity with branding and graphic design processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in using inventory management and shipping software.
  • Apparel industry experience an asset.

Pay:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
