Operations Project Coordinator

With over 20 offices across Canada, we have been providing expert building maintenance and complete janitorial services for over 50 years to a variety of clients.
Bee-Clean is an ever-expanding company with lots of room to grow. This position has lots of opportunities for advancement.If you have the ability to work hard, multitask and learn quickly with a positive attitude, then we want to meet you.
Duties & Responsibilities- Create and maintain spreadsheets, documents and files
- Facilitate project coordination and completion
- Collecting and dispatching work orders for various accounts
- Follow up with managers, supervisors and personnel
- Work closely with senior office staff and easily take direction
- Responsible for taking the afterhours phone periodically
- Occasional site visits
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Professional phone etiquette some afterhours calls required
- Adept with computers and programs
- Strong analytical and problem skills
- Expert with Excel sheets and formulas
- Strong work ethic, adaptable and accountable
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Great organization and possess a keen eye for detail
- Works well under pressure multitasking and able to prioritize
- Will take initiative and assist when needed and exhibit teamwork skills
- Will gradually expand knowledge in other areas of the company
- Ability to handle multiple projects, and work effectively under time pressure to meet deadlines, balance work priorities, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- The successful applicant will have to undergo the necessary background check of which all costs are covered by Bee Clean.
- Competitive wage based on experience and training
- Fulltime Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- Benefits after 3 months' probation period

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
