Em apoio a esta aquisição, a "BP Canada" tem uma emocionante oportunidade de carreira para um Gerente de RH para nossa Planta em Lasalle (Montreal). A posição desempenha um papel fundamental no suporte à equipe em vários grupos de clientes na instalação e é vista como um parceiro de negócios vital. Este papel fornecerá orientação ao negócio sobre talentos, incluindo integração, gerenciamento de desempenho, resolução de conflitos, compensação, engajamento dos funcionários, recrutamento, relações com funcionários e sindicais.

Você utiliza dados e insights de talento para influenciar suas partes interessadas a alcançar resultados globais da empresa vinculados ao desempenho da planta e à melhoria da produtividade. Você se destaca no desenvolvimento de relacionamentos baseados em confiança com líderes e funcionários e tem considerável experiência em RH em uma capacidade generalista (mais de 5 anos).

  1. Perpetuar uma cultura de alto desempenho por meio de coaching eficaz de líderes e feedback
  2. Aconselhar líderes sobre o uso eficaz de planos de desenvolvimento profissional, planos de melhoria de desempenho, disciplina progressiva e decisões mitigadas de risco
  3. Gerenciar todas as relações trabalhistas na planta, manuseio de queixas e preparação para arbitragem, participação em negociações sindicais
  4. Apoiar o desenvolvimento de atividades de engajamento dos funcionários com a equipe
  5. Gerenciar reivindicações e correspondências de STD, LTD, Workers Compensation e facilitar um retorno seguro ao trabalho
  6. Parceiro com a liderança e a equipe mais ampla em iniciativas de Melhoria Contínua, mais ativamente envolvido com o Pilar de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas e iniciativas de Desenvolvimento Cultural
  7. Fornecer orientação sobre decisões de compensação para movimentações laterais, promoções, alterações fora do ciclo, mérito e ajustes de mercado
  8. Liderar investigações internas sobre questões relacionadas ao emprego
  9. Interpretação e implementação de práticas de emprego relevantes (por exemplo, legislação trabalhista e de direitos humanos, acordos coletivos, leis trabalhistas, etc.)
  10. Mantenha-se atualizado sobre tendências, melhores práticas, mudanças regulatórias e novas tecnologias em recursos humanos, gestão de talentos e legislação trabalhista; aplique esse conhecimento para comunicar mudanças na política, prática e recursos às equipes da planta
  11. Parceiro e colaborar com a equipe de RH mais ampla em Aquisição de Talentos, Recompensas Totais
  12. Realizar outras funções e responsabilidades conforme necessário

Sobre Você

Habilidades e Qualificações Necessárias:

Diploma/graduação em Negócios e/ou Recursos Humanos complementado por experiência de trabalho relacionada em um papel generalista de recursos humanos. Experiência em negócios de manufatura em um ambiente sindicalizado é preferível.

Experiência demonstrada na construção e apoio a uma cultura de trabalho orientada para as pessoas em uma planta em crescimento e no suporte ao crescimento geral da empresa. Forte conhecimento de práticas e princípios de RH, conhecimento e experiência com legislação trabalhista relevante, habilidades demonstradas de consultoria e coaching, habilidades excepcionais de interpessoais, construção de relacionamentos e influência, fortes habilidades de negociação e resolução de conflitos, capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado e em constante mudança, habilidades de resolução de problemas e experiência, organização, atitude positiva e abordagem focada no cliente que permitirá lidar com situações desafiadoras com integridade, empatia e sinceridade, mentalidade de melhoria contínua - por exemplo: analisar dados e obter insights com relação à causa raiz, proficiência forte em sistemas de RH, MS Office, designação CHRP ou em andamento.
