Pour réussir dans ce rôle, il importe d'avoir de bonnes aptitudes pour le travail d'équipe, la collaboration et le développement de relations interpersonnelles.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Le rôle constitue une excellente occasion de réseauter avec des partenaires de RBC et d'autres institutions financières du secteur des successions dans le cadre de la collecte de renseignements sur les placements des clients.
- Vous offrirez du soutien relativement à un portefeuille de comptes en mettant à profit vos aptitudes organisationnelles et votre sens de l'initiative afin d'assurer le service de qualité élevée recherché par l'équipe. Vous entretiendrez des communications écrites, orales et électroniques avec les groupes de soutien internes et les contacts externes.
- En recueillant des renseignements connexes, vous préparerez un sommaire des actifs successoraux.
- Le regroupement des actifs auprès de sources internes et externes fait également partie intégrante de votre rôle et représente un volet important de la consolidation ponctuelle des actifs des clients. Vos aptitudes pour le réseautage seront alors des plus utiles.
- Expert en dépannage, vous traitez efficacement les demandes et n'hésitez pas à faire appel à votre chef d'équipe, au besoin.
- En maîtrisant nos politiques et procédures, vous administrerez vos activités conformément aux objectifs de la société.
- Vous participerez activement à la communication des meilleures pratiques et des innovations, et vous travaillerez efficacement dans un environnement collaboratif.

**Que vous faut-il pour réussir ?**

**Compétences essentielles**
- Études postsecondaires ou l'équivalent, cours en administration successorale et fiduciaire, de préférence
- Trois ans ou plus d'expérience dans le domaine de l'administration
- Connaissance pratique générale du secteur des valeurs mobilières et des services financiers
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite, orale et électronique en français et en anglais (afin de servir les clientèles francophones et anglophones de partout au pays)
- Capacité de collaborer avec les autres et attitude professionnelle dans ses relations avec les collègues et les contacts externes
- Capacité de résoudre de façon autonome les problèmes et certains aspects liés à l'administration.
- Connaissances en technologie, notamment des logiciels Excel et Word et de la fonction de fusion
