About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager, Commercial Banking to join our team at National Bank. As a Senior Account Manager, Commercial Banking, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients covering the Montreal region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, increase your commercial client base, and establish business development strategies
  • Help your clients attain their business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on the most suitable combination of Bank products and services
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients, while making sure that they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria
  • Draw up business development plans
  • Actively participate in various networking activities (cocktails, conferences, etc.)
  • Work in synergy with all the other departments of the Bank
About the Team

You will join a team of professionals that supports business clients in the Commercial Banking and Private Banking sector. You will also be surrounded by an ecosystem of specialists, like financing solutions managers, who will help you offer the solutions that best suit our clients' needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience
  • Experience in sales and business development
  • Experience in analysis of financial statements
  • Experience in commercial credit
  • Network of professional contacts among local medium-sized enterprises and large companies, an asset
