Managing the practice of one Patent Agent and supporting two additional Patent Agents by undertaking a triage role in the coordination of all Firm and client-related activities for the legal professional (LP), thereby allowing them to concentrate on providing valuable legal services to clients.


Position Requirements:

  • Education and Experience_
  • Knowledge and Skills_
  • Strong communication, organizational and technical skills (MS Office suite).
  • Extensive knowledge of Canadian Patent prosecution would be an asset.
  • Proactive, and work well in both a team and independent work environment.
  • Show initiative and display an interest in developing their knowledge of this practice area.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail is required.
