What you will do:


As Manager, Integrated Communications, you will play an important role in shaping how eXp Realty Canada communicates by optimizing our content strategy and operations to amplify share of voice, and drive business value.

In this impactful role, you will partner with business line leaders, digital, and creative teams to deliver compelling content and communications strategies.


How you will make an impact:

Integrated Content and Communications:

Creative Content Creation:Exceptional copywriting, design, and visual content creation abilities. You should have a keen eye for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Integrated Content: Own and execute internal and external communications strategies, while working alongside other teams to deliver messaging to key stakeholders (launch plans, events, etc.).

Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with eXp Realty Canada's overall marketing objectives. You should be able to innovate content and campaigns to differentiate eXp Realty Canada and captivate the target audience.

Experience in Social Media Management:A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management. You should have a proven track record of expanding social media channels and fostering engaged communities.

Profound Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Demonstrated expertise in major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more. You should have a deep understanding of their best practices, algorithms, and engagement strategies.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze, track, and report on social media performance metrics. You should be comfortable working with social media management and analytics tools to gain insights into user behaviour, content effectiveness, and audience engagement.

How you will grab our attention:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in communications, global experience is an asset.

  • Residential real estate and / or agency experience is preferred.
