Job Summary

HSE Integrated is seeking a highly skilled H2S Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our workers in hazardous environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety meetings with workers and clients to ensure a safe work environment
  • Setup and maintain breathing air and gas detection equipment
  • Provide site-specific orientations on emergency procedures and safety equipment
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with company policies
  • Participate in emergency response planning and drills
  • Provide on-the-job training to workers on safety equipment and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel and equipment
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Ensure a professional work environment and maintain good relationships with colleagues
  • Report and communicate critical information to operations coordinators

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with breathing air systems and gas detection equipment
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
  • Relevant certifications and training, including H2S Alive and Standard 1st Aid/CPR

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Knowledge of drilling, service, and completion environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
