As a
Territory Manager **for Lowe's and Rona Canada stores in Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, and London Ontario, you will build relationships with DIY customers and professional contractors, and other end-users of PPG paints and stains to drive top line sales growth Can you establish positive relationships with key store staff and demonstrate industry expertise to develop sales results for PPG? Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze territory sales performance reports, and develop strategic business plans to drive growth, supervise and adjust, working within PPG's customer relationship management.
  • Ensure Lowe's and Rona automatic replenishment system is supplying sufficient product to support rate of sale, and onhand inventory counts are accurate by performing cycle counts.
  • Use your industry expertise to stay intune with the market, customer and competition and take that data to develop your business plan and identify sales opportunities.
  • Increase existing customer share to meet sales expectations and build strong working relationships with new customers to increase the potential business opportunities.
  • Build brand advocates by delivering training on DIY and Pro products to Lowe's and Rona sales associates
  • Aggressively identify instore selling opportunities to secure wing stacks, bulk stacks, endcaps, and stackouts to create impactful crossmerchandised product displays

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education with 3+ years of sales or account manager experience; Bachelor's degree with paint and/or coatings experience is preferred.
  • Must lift up to 65lbs, including handling paint, and, on an occasional basis, reset product bays (including moving steel beams and shelving, with assistance from staff).
