Qualifications and Experience:

***- Ability to determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement action plans, and evaluate the process and results

  • Ability to establish and maintain constructive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Master of Education Degree
  • A minimum ten years of recent successful experience in an educationbased leadership position
  • Schoolbased administrative and district leadership experience
  • Highly successful teaching, Principal and/or District level experience
  • Understanding of current pedagogy
