Position Overview

Fair Deal Custom Homes Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Construction Assistant to support our team in various building projects. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the efficient operation of construction activities.

Education Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and manage construction materials.
  • Assist in the framing of residential structures, including wall erection and roofing.
  • Support demolition efforts of existing buildings.
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials for reuse.
  • Handle cleanup of chemical spills and other hazardous materials.
  • Remove debris and rubble from construction sites.
Safety and Security
  • Must pass a criminal record check.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Physical Demands
  • Position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Overtime may be necessary.
