The Director of Sales role calls for a dynamic, outgoing professional with a passion for direct selling, relationship-building, and innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our hotel and ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are met.

Job Description:

  • Activate new accounts and boost market share
  • Develop new business and contacts
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management on rate negotiations
  • Promote hotel facilities for events and meetings
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for long-term success
  • Stay informed on market dynamics and competitors
  • Travel to designated areas to maintain and generate business
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and events
  • Support team members in securing new accounts
  • Prepare sales activity reports and action plans
  • Contribute to marketing plans and budget execution
  • Attend Revenue Management meetings to optimize revenue
  • Implement advertising and sales promotions
  • Represent the hotel at Trade Shows and Sales blitzes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience
  • Previous leadership experience in a business setting
  • Experience leading sales teams is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Leadership skills that inspire and deliver results
  • Ability to focus on strategic goals while managing details
