RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage flow of documents for time order is taken through to shipping
- Schedule our fleet of trucks for Ontario deliveries
- Schedule common carrier for out of province and out of country delivery
- Manage and track incoming overseas shipments
- Prepare international paperwork
- Coordinate with production to make sure orders are completed in a timely fashion
- Ensure timely delivery of products with a desire to provide worldclass service.
- Develop strong relationships internally and externally.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Postsecondary education, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work under time constraints and adapt to change.
