The Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator is in the unique position to positively impact our customers from the beginning to the moment they open the crate with their new tooling.


You will have an exciting and demanding day ensuring production has the materials they need, scheduling shipping, preparing the required documentation, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will work independently within the team communicating with sales, engineering, production, and our customers. Reporting directly to the General Manager.

Your day

  • Determine daily shipping
  • Prepare required US and international customs documents
  • Request quotes, negotiate rates, and schedule pickup and delivery of orders
  • Research new product lines of vendors as required by Engineering team and General Manager
  • Sourcing of the best vendors and maintaining relationships
  • Monitor and report on inventory, and subcontractors of tooling, services, and miscellaneous supplies to ensure levels are acceptable.
  • Complete and accurate documentation

  • Effective communication both verbal and written
  • Organized, proven problemsolving skill and attention to detail
  • Experience in purchasing and logistics
  • Knowledge of material and cutting tools is an asset
  • Advanced software skills and ability to learn vendor software.
  • Enjoy working autonomously within the team
