**About the role**

**Poste **:Concepteurs pédagogiques / **Intégrateur multimédia senior**

Relevant de la Directrice formation, technologie et développement, le **Concepteurs pédagogiques / **Intégrateur multimédia** intervient dans des mandats de développement des connaissances dans le domaine de la souscription des assurances des particuliers et des entreprises. Il est appelé à concevoir des formations, en étroite collaboration avec des experts de contenu, destinés à des diffusions en e-learning.

**Principales activités**:

- Collabore aux objectifs d'apprentissage et de participer au processus d'idéation;
- En collaboration avec les spécialistes de contenu, élaborer le découpage pédagogique et l'architecture de contenus en fonction des besoins de développements,
- Participer à la recommandions et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies de formation pertinentes selon les objectifs d'apprentissage, le contexte et les contraintes opérationnelles;
- Produire différents types de matériel pédagogique répondant aux besoins des participants et au contexte;
- Réaliser des capsules de formation, concevoir et adapter des scénarimages au concept de la formation;
- Concevoir des scénarios d'apprentissage originaux et variés;
- Élaborer des tests pour évaluer le niveau de compétence des participants;
- Utiliser des outils informatiques et technologiques appropriés selon les mandats et les contextes de formation,
- Intégrer et synchroniser textes, images et sons dans un logiciel auteur (Storyline ou Captivate principalement) ;
- Retoucher des images ;
- Gérer ses projets et en informer régulièrement l'équipe de travail ;
- Produire des animations multimédia « motion design » (un atout) ;
- Programmer en HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript (un atout).
- Planifier l'ensemble des étapes de développement de matériel pédagogique et en assurer le suivi;
- Animer des rencontres et des ateliers de travail;
- Assurer le suivi post-formation.

**Talents, expérience et compétences techniques**:

- Détenir un diplôme en science de l'éducation ou dans une discipline connexe ou avec l'équivalent en expérience;
- Posséder une expérience mínimale de 5 ans en intégration multimédia ;
- Connaissance très avancée des logiciels auteurs Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline,;
- Connaissance des logiciels de la suite Adobe;
- Connaissance des systèmes de gestion des apprentissages (LMS);
- Bilinguisme parlé et écrit.

**Habilités personnelles et professionnelles**:

- Habilité à analyser les problématiques et à suggérer des solutions;
- Qualités rédactionnelles, didactiques et pédagogiques confirmées;
- Faire preuve de débrouillardise et d'imagination;
- Approche client, communication interpersonnelle et travail en équipe multidisciplinaire;
- Curiosité et intérêt pour l'apprentissage continu
- Capacité à apprendre et à utiliser rapidement un nouveau logiciel.
- Faire preuve d'autonomie et de créativité.
- Travailler de façon organisée afin de pouvoir répondre rapidement aux besoins et respecter les échéanciers serrés.
- Builingisme. Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
