Position Summary:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for the prompt and accurate submission of warranty related claims, systems processing, document management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service department, including scheduling, data entry, system maintenance, inventory management, and dealer communication.
  • Qualify and process service requests by working with Service Manager
  • Prepare detailed work order for service technician and assist with ensuring optimization of the technician's daily appointments
  • Communicate with dealers and homeowners to schedule an inhome service repair once parts are ready
  • Maintain and update all service tracking and other departmental spreadsheets
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements to maintain service authorizations
  • Report metrics on dealer performance and internal Service Delivery KPIs including turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and quality
  • Be a focal point of communication between vendors and internal resources to ensure bestinclass outcomes for our customers
  • Manage internal administration process to ensure that customers' warranty entitlements are accurate in system
  • Other tasks as required

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and people skills and a passion for delivering a bestinclass service experience
  • Must be an innovative thinker, detailed oriented, adaptable and exhibit strong leadership skills with prior experience working in fastpaced, everchanging environment
  • 35 years of previous experience in B2B customer service, sales or vendor management role
  • High level of organizational aptitude and attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking ability and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Dependable, selfstarter
  • Team oriented contributor with a solution driven, results oriented approach
  • Speak, read and write English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word
