Job Description:

You'll define, maintain, and execute the digital knowledge management strategy.

Including the implementation of a range of tactical and strategic programmes to improve knowledge quality and accessibility as well as ensuring there are clear content guidelines that work for both Brambles Digital and the wider Brambles business.


Having the ability to be both strategic and hands on, you'll be responsible for ensuring knowledge management is sufficiently mature to enable Brambles to deliver and sustain its digital transformation.


You'll also ensure that people working in the digital function have the required knowledge to be effective in their roles throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

  • Owns and implements the Knowledge Management Strategy & roadmap, including but not limited to aligning roles & responsibilities, setting out ways of working and ultimately driving adoption
  • Accountable for the strategic improvement of content through working with other teams
  • Setting standards, policies and guidance
  • Designing and implementing the KM Design Authority
  • Responsible for knowledge lifecycle
  • Indirectly managing resources involved in KM
  • Responsible for cocreation of internal communication, collaborating with communication team
  • Define Knowledge Management tooling requirements and deliver these requirements
  • Engage with relevant 3rd parties to deliver components of KM strategy, including tooling and adoption
Skills and Experience

  • Excellent written/verbal and influencing skills and ability to communicate a problem to both technical and nontechnical people
  • The ability to analyse a problem and suggest appropriate solutions confidently.
  • To be able to work with colleagues effectively to find a solution to an issue or requirement.
  • Proven experience in leading teams to deliver impact
  • Managing a team that implemented a knowledge management framework.
  • Building, managing and setting the direction of a Knowledge Management strategy and function
  • Developing a robust roadmap strategy for implementing knowledge management that builds upon industry best practices and leverages tooling and process advancements
  • Hands on technical author, content creation, and/ or content management roles
  • Exposure in driving adoption of knowledge

Qualifications:

Batchelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Education

Bachelors - Business Administration/Management

Preferred Level of Work Experience

  • 7 yearsHybrid Remote
