Our team is currently searching for a Marketing Manager to help build and execute KFF's brand and marketing programs.

This role is focused on enabling and executing marketing programs to help build awareness and ultimately drive revenue for the organization.

The marketing manager should have solid experience in brand strategy, campaign development, media (traditional and digital), project management, sponsorships, social media, analytics and is comfortable working with cross-functional internal teams and with external partners such as media and creative agencies.


Along with the support from other team members and agency partners, you will be contributing to the development and execution of the marketing initiatives and will produce highly engaging marketing campaigns that move the needle on results and help elevate the brand.


You will work in a highly interactive, team-oriented environment and help build a strong culture of collaboration across the team.


Summary of Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategy and project management of campaign planning, execution, and post analysis of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate and project manage other enabling service partners copywriters, graphic designers and digital/IT services and agency partners
  • Maintain content calendar for campaigns in market
  • Support the development of all creative, including assets for paid and owned media
  • Help shape and communicate our Brand's vision and mission
  • Manage the budget associated with the delivery of programs
  • Showcase strong creative thinking and business problem solving skills that have thoughtful strategies and clear and actionable deliverables
  • Manage vendors that support delivery of programs and corresponding budget
  • Help analyze and track key organizational metrics
  • Stay informed about trends and tools in media, marketing, and advertising

Qualifications

  • University degree in business or marketing preferred with 5+ years of marketing experience managing the delivery of campaigns and managing agency partners
  • Experience working in the financial services preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective at building relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy environment managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a strong personal commitment to excellence
  • Highly professional and articulate with sensitivity, discretion, and an appropriate demeanour.
