Participate in the admission process including signing of the resident contracts and the maintenance of the business files according to the policies set out

  • Ensure that biweekly payroll, payroll variance reports are properly inputted and submitted
  • Monitor benefit eligibility, and coordinate provision of benefit enrolment packages to employees; ensure accuracy of completed forms and submit to Benefits in timely manner
  • Coordinate submission of benefit changes and collection of payment arrears as necessary
  • Maintain resident and employee personnel records and prepare reports as required
  • Participate in the development of the departmental annual operating budget and ensure compliance
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, internal and external stakeholders
  • To be responsible for the billing system and the maintenance of the resident trust accounts
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of approved invoice package for office purchases
  • Process forms and reports with respect to resident admissions, transfers and discharges
  • To contact agencies regarding funding from residents as required
  • To uphold and promote the organization's values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, morality, and integrity as set out in Revera's Code of Conduct
  • Follow and adhere to Guiding Principles
All other duties as assigned
