Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Tech, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne.
Le ou la titulaire du poste est responsable de l'administration et du traitement courants de diverses activités de compensation, de règlement et de traitement des paiements selon les normes, les politiques et les procédures de la Banque Laurentienne. Il ou elle a également pour responsabilité de produire et de mettre à jour plusieurs outils et rapports, ainsi que de répondre aux demandes des clients internes et externes au sujet des processus de compensation et de règlement.

**Responsabilités**:
o Effectuer diverses tâches de compensation et de règlement, comme le transfert électronique de fichier (TEF) et les paiements par virement, ainsi que l'émission et le dépôt des chèques.
o Répondre aux demandes de renseignements, corriger les erreurs de paiement et régler les frais.
o Se charger de divers processus interbancaires et assurer la liaison avec d'autres institutions financières pour répondre aux demandes ou les faire escalader.
o Surveiller et gérer diverses boîtes de courriel du service et répondre aux questions ou demandes ou les faire escalader en temps opportun.
o Effectuer diverses écritures de journal et transactions monétaires.
o Participer à plusieurs processus réglementaires, comme la présentation de rapports et les remises de fonds aux organismes de réglementation.
o S'assurer que les rapports quotidiens sont produits et livrés en temps opportun.
o Maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec les clients internes et externes.
o Contribuer à ce que tous les audits internes et externes aient des résultats satisfaisants.
o Fournir du soutien et des solutions aux services internes et externes en répondant à leurs questions ou demandes ou en les faisant escalader en temps opportun.
o Faire escalader les demandes ou les problèmes qui requièrent une attention immédiate et fournir des recommandations ou proposer des solutions.
o Vérifier l'exactitude, la clarté et l'exhaustivité de son propre travail et veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires et d'audit interne et externe.
o S'acquitter de sa charge de travail quotidienne dans les délais stricts établis par la Banque Laurentienne et gérer tout problème en collaboration avec son supérieur immédiat.
o Participer aux réunions du service et contribuer au processus de planification de mesures favorisant l'atteinte des objectifs du service et de ses propres objectifs, et communiquer tout problème ou toute préoccupation à cet égard.
o Soumettre des recommandations à son supérieur immédiat afin d'améliorer les processus de travail.
o Se tenir au courant des lois, des politiques et des procédures concernant les produits et services.
o Prendre part à des projets spéciaux et accomplir toute autre tâche de même nature ou d'ordre général demandée par son supérieur ou exigée dans le cadre de ses fonctions.
**Qualifications**:
o Diplôme postsecondaire, en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
o De 1 à 2 ans d'expérience de travail liée à la compensation et aux règlements ou au traitement des paiements dans une institution financière, une exigence.
o Excellent esprit d'analyse pour mener des enquêtes au sujet des problèmes escaladés.
o Excellente connaissance des règles de Paiements Canada et du système automatisé de compensation et de règlement (ACSS), un atout.
o Connaissance intermédiaire ou avancée de MS Excel; connaissance essentielle de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint) et d'Outlook.
