Are you ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources? As a Junior Human Resources Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Department with various tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee insurance plans and maintain personnel records
- Prepare reports, statistics, and organizational charts
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Support the Director of Human Resources with additional projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in administration with a focus on human resources or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluency in both languages with strong communication skills; knowledge of Cree language is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and multitask effectively
