The Learning Specialist role is a challenging and dynamic position responsible for developing and delivering all learning materials and courseware to our customers, partners, and staff.
What You Will Do
- Lead specialized classroom learning activities
- Develop customized learning materials, exercises and assessments as required
- Develop SCORM compliant eLearning content

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field, or a College Diploma and equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Articulate, MS Office, Skilljar LMS
- Understanding of Accounting/Finance and Information Technology solutions
- Strong communications skills the ability to write and speak effectively and concisely
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Sound time and selfmanagement skills
- Advanced problem solving and decision making skills
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Present in a variety of settings to a variety of audiences technical, nontechnical, executive, project
- Handle multiple customers/projects at one time
- Build knowledge regarding best business/learning practices
- Work within a team environment where sharing of knowledge is key to the groups overall success
- Be creative when faced with hurdles
- Make key decisions as required
