Production Supervisor

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating daily/weekly/monthly plans/objectives and communicating them with staff.
- Preparing weekly/monthly production, delivery, shipping and installation schedules.
- Overseeing production & inventory to assure all obligations can be met.
- Monitoring shop workload and managing staff to avoid any issues that may arise.
- Perform thorough quality control checks, prior to delivery/installation.
- Preparation and execution of deliveries throughout Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.
- Working with staff in other departments to assure accurate and efficient transition throughout the production process. These are just a few of the requirements, many others will be discussed during the interview process.
