Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Security Supervisor to join our team at Western Canada Security Corp.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and activities, and providing technical advice and guidance to staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals.
- Ensure the operation of computer equipment and machinery is smooth and efficient.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Security Guard License.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and reliability skills.
The Security Supervisor will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with a fast-paced work environment and the need to work under pressure.
Language:The primary language of work is English, with a 35-hour workweek.
