About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at McIntyre Finishing Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our carpenters and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and other production staff
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
  • Permanent, full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
