Relevant du Contrôleur l'acheteur doit s'assurer d'effectuer les commandes selon le processus juste à temps. De plus, il est une personne de référence pour valider les besoins internes, négocier les prix incluant les frais de transport, faire le suivi des retards de livraison et effectuer l'évaluation des fournisseurs.

**CE QUE VOUS FEREZ**
- Préparer les devis de contrôle de qualité (chimie, microbiologie et autres), de validation (chimie et microbiologie) et de stabilité ;
- Négocier avec fournisseurs potentiels et courants afin d'obtenir le meilleur rapport qualité/prix et délais ;
- Rencontrer en personnes les 10 principaux fournisseurs au moins 1 fois/année pour négocier contrats annuels, escomptes ou rabais volume ;
- Préparer, vérifier, et faire approuver les bons de commande ;
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et assurer le suivi de la réception des commandes ;
- Communiquer adéquatement tout problème d'approvisionnement ;
- Résoudre les divergences entre les bons de commande et les confirmations et/ou factures des fournisseurs ;
- Gérer et prioriser les commandes urgentes ;
- Produire des rapports de suivis d'achats et de réception de commandes ;
- Relancer tout fournisseur pour lequel la réception de produit est en retard de plus de 5 jours ;
- Identifier de nouveaux fournisseurs et produits selon les besoins ;
- Maintenir la précision des produits et prix dans la base de données (SAP), et entrer de nouveaux produits ;
- Préparer les estimations de couts en collaboration avec le service à la clientèle pour les commandes de produits clients ;
- Demander un numéro d'autorisation de retour pour produits défectueux, remplacement, et crédit ;
- Travailler étroitement avec le coordonnateur des inventaires pour assurer un niveau d'inventaire minimum et éviter des pénuries ;
- Travailler étroitement avec le courtier en dédouanage pour éviter des délais supplémentaires à la frontière ;
- Évaluer et préparer des commandes permanentes annuelles (« 'standing Orders ») ;
- Coordonner la cueillette de déchets chimiques avec les compagnies de destruction ;
- En coordination avec les laboratoires, gérer l'inventaire des gaz comprimés incluant la vérification hebdomadaire, commandes, et problèmes techniques ;
