YOUR CHALLENGE
Responsible for the compliance of product-related information in the ERP system.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with our Pricing department;
  • Contact suppliers regarding product information anomalies;
  • Coordinate anomaly updates;
  • Request quotes from suppliers for custom products;
  • Manage product status in our ERP system;
  • Manage product units of measure in our ERP system.
YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS - EXPECTED OUTCOMES

  • 100% SKU updates available for a defined list of suppliers;
  • Nomatch rate on purchase orders;
  • Nonconformities and anomalies in product information.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • DEC or 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Experience working with an ERP system;
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French and English;
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, Excel intermediate level.
