As a Senior Program Manager, Strategic Channel Management on our Strategic Partnerships team, you'll be accountable for developing, managing and nurturing the growth strategy for a set of strategic channels (e.With purposeful execution, you will be responsible for building our go-to-market channels ensuring the acceleration of our growth objectives. clients, partners, TBS, TELUS Health) to take direct ownership of business development actions and roadmap - program manage deliverables and commitments
Prepare proposals, deliver presentations and support contract negotiations
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage implementations and optimize onboarding processes to improve margin and create better customer experiences
Provide accurate and timely forecasts, funnel hygiene and strategic program updates to support decision-making with insights on trends and levers impacting performance
Inspire and motivate yourself and others to drive high performance, teamwork, continuous learning and timely recognition
Must have 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, program management, product management or sales
Demonstrated success as a program/project manager with a proven track record of delivering successful financial, business and customer outcomes
Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma or equivalent education and/or program management experience
MBA or Master's degree in health care field/health administration is an asset
