We are presently searching for our next talented team member as a Front Desk Supervisor to join our Accommodations team.

Responsibilities include:
(but not limited to)

  • Maintain an elevated level of professionalism, providing exceptional guest service at all points of contact.
  • Support and embrace a team atmosphere.
  • Monitor and record productivity of front desk & night audit.

Identify, create, and uphold front desk processes and establish high customer service standards within the front desk & night audit team.

  • Work alongside & oversee front desk & night audit to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Swiftly resolve guest issues and respond to guest feedback.
  • Support front desk & night audit with any guest issue escalations ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate, assign and review tasks of front desk agents.
  • Support the Accommodations Manager & Housekeeping Manager to establish work schedules based on business levels.
  • Review and approve timesheets.
  • Train & oversee training of all front desk agents to ensure they are provided with all the necessary tools to be successful in their position.
  • Maintain good communications with all departments.
  • Administer booking channels and ensure all media is up to date.
  • Carry out tasks of front desk and night audit including reservations, front line customer service & online/phone communications.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills & problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • 2 years of Front Desk experience (preferred) and 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).
  • Responsible and selfmotivated individual able to assess and prioritize necessary duties.
  • Able to work in a highpaced environment as both an individual and team player.
  • Knowledge of the park and surrounding area (or intent to learn).
  • Professional in attitude and appearance.
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail.

This is a year-round position with an expected commitment of one year.

Expected start date:
May 1, 2023.
