wholesale coordinator** for our

Reporting the Wholesale Manager, the Wholesale Coordinator will be a crucial member of the team providing key support and working collaboratively with cross departments to manage the sale flow throughout the business to maximize revenue.

You need to be detail oriented, and very organized.

Responsibilities
***Products

  • Manage and followup on orders
  • Communicate with Partners on order status, invoicing, shipping inquiries and returns
  • Manages product processes (RTV, shipping, etc) as well as preparation of export documents
  • Coordinate inventory movement and adjustment as needed with stores and Inventory Control
  • Ensure all work queues are within Vendor SLA and all escalated items are resolved in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Analyse the business and give suggestions to internal partners on what is needed in order to grow the business Define the process flow internally so that orders can be followed from PO#, ETA, product allocation, stock order management for wholesale
  • Administrative support to Wholesale Sales Representative
***Internal and External Partnerships

  • Establish strong relationships with crossfunctional teams and partner stores in order to better understand merchandising strategies and needs of the business.
  • Provide administrative support to the wholesale function and assisting the team with weekly, seasonal and yearly events / promotion.
  • Keep internal and external partners informed and up to date on all product and guideline changes
  • Coordinate with merchandising team to get new collections presented and orders placed
  • Communicate new product novelties, pricing, and any other pertinent details to build overall awareness within the sales team as well as our clients.
  • Develop and maintain adequate reporting mechanisms to manage and report service levels.
  • Manage daily operational activities related of the Wholesale business.
  • Responsible for the coordination and tracking of POP material for our partners.
  • Respond to customerrelated inquiries.
  • Keep various databases such as clients and item prices current (client list. price list and others)
  • Manage all tools necessary for "GotoMarket" and daily business management.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within Wholesale (strong asset)
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to use initiative and to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)


 Computer literate
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual preferred French & English (spoken/written)
  • Flexible, self moticated & enthusiastic
