Tâches du titulaire

En tant que membre de l'équipe des Services bancaires personnels et PME, votre rôle consistera à encadrer et à coacher une équipe de professionnels du service client et des services financiers. L'objectif principal est d'offrir une expérience exceptionnelle aux clients et de renforcer les relations avec eux. En tant que directeur des Conseils à la clientèle, vous inspirerez votre équipe à donner le meilleur d'eux-mêmes et à soutenir notre approche unifiée pour offrir des conseils adaptés à chaque client en fonction de ses besoins financiers. Vous devrez être disponible pendant les heures d'ouverture des centres bancaires, y compris les soirs et les week-ends. Pour assurer une expérience client optimale, vous pourriez être amené à travailler dans différents centres bancaires à une distance raisonnable.

Comment réussir

  • Expérience client – Montrez l'exemple en approfondissant les relations avec les clients, en répondant à leurs besoins financiers et en offrant un service clientèle de haute qualité. Encouragez les employés à résoudre rapidement les problèmes, à les référer au niveau supérieur si nécessaire, et à gérer efficacement les situations complexes. Favorisez l'autonomie des clients dans l'utilisation des canaux en libre-service.
  • Leadership axé sur les résultats – Cultivez une culture de collaboration pour garantir que les clients bénéficient de l'expertise nécessaire pour répondre à leurs besoins financiers.
