Receptionist

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Looking for availabilities between

  • Monday 2pm to 7pm
  • Tuesday 2pm to 7pm
  • Wednesday 2pm to 7pm
  • Friday 9am to 1pm

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred
  • Proficiency in computerized systems and office software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual ability in Korea, Mandarin and English is preferred

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
$16.75-$17.40 per hour
