Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at TOUR CLICK YVR TRAVEL CANADA LTD. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to clients and visitors
  • Direct clients to relevant contacts or service areas
  • Offer basic information and assistance to clients and the public
  • Process and obtain necessary information for customer service
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and maintaining work records
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Calculate billing charges and process payments
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and flexibility
