Responsibilities:


Lead the POD of engineers to build a pipeline and local database to pull raw data attributes from our subledger systems, store locally, perform some ETL, and publish to our data fabric.

Work on for multiple subledgers and the Clients ledger system (Sentry, Investran, Yardi, and Simcorp).
Manage onshore and offshore engineering team.

Skills:

Must have

  • Proven track records in managing teams, including offshore teams
  • Experience implementing and managing development processes
  • Strong technical skills in Python 8+ years
  • Experience with Pandas and Request
  • Knowledge of SQL (CRUD) to be able to make queries, update structure and normalize data
  • AWS Airflow DAG
  • Must have good communication skills, strong clientfacing skills and able to manage client's expectations
  • Jira, Confluence confident user
  • Agile with Scrum framework 3+ years' experience on past projects
  • University degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred

  • Capital Markets domain experience
