Join us as the Director of Resource Development, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future.

In this dynamic position, you'll work closely with the Executive Director and our dedicated team to lead our annual fundraising campaign.

The Director, Resource Development will execute the annual campaign with focus on the following goals and activities:

Actively participate in periodic campaign reviews and analysis and recommend changes to enhance the campaign based on analysis and evaluation.

Ensure effective training modules are being delivered to all workplaces.
Plan, organize, provide strong leadership, and manage campaign-related events, competing projects, and support workplace campaign events.
Identify challenges and troubleshoot with guidance from the Executive Director.
Serve as Senior Management as required.
Five years relevant experience in fundraising or sales management, preferably in a not-for-profit organization.
Experience in developing, implementing, and managing plans, projects and reports.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with federal, provincial and local poverty dynamics.
