Key Responsibilities- Lead and Inspire the Product Development Team
Lead a team of scientists, researchers, and technicians to ensure they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
Foster a Culture of InnovationDevelop and implement strategies to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Innovation Center.
Oversee Formulation DevelopmentOversee the development and optimization of formulations for pharmaceuticals, natural health, and dietary supplement products.
Collaborate with the Scientific TeamCollaborate closely with the Scientific Team to ensure the successful formulation and testing of products.
Ensure Regulatory ComplianceEnsure adherence to regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
Provide Regulatory GuidanceProvide guidance and expertise in regulatory requirements for product development, including preparing and reviewing submissions for regulatory agencies.
Liaise with Regulatory AuthoritiesLiaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate timely approval processes and navigate any regulatory challenges.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry TrendsStay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in the industry to identify opportunities for innovation and new product development.
Develop Strategic PlansDevelop and execute strategic plans for product development and align with company goals and objectives.
Oversee Project Timelines and BudgetsOversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely and successful completion of formulation projects.
Critical Requirements- Education
A university degree is required. Preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field.
Work ExperienceAppropriate full-time work experience is mandatory. Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
Research and Development ExperiencePreference will be given to candidates with recent experience in research and development.
