Proven Experience:

At least 5+ years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner or equivalent, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth tech/SaaS startup or scaleup environment.

Bonus points if you are pursuing or intending to pursue professional HR certifications and/or have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
You demonstrate that you are comfortable communicating in writing, in person, and when speaking to large groups. The chaos of a startup energizes you instead of draining you

Stakeholder Management:

You excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring everyone is kept informed and engaged.

You can work with anyone and you can quickly and effectively assess what is important to any given stakeholder, and how to influence across reporting lines to ensure everyone is working in parallel to achieve the hiring outcomes needed for the business

Training Facilitation:
You engage and inspire learners through interactive and experiential learning experiences that ignite curiosity, build skills, and drive behavior change, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Policy Implementation:
You translate HR policies into actionable guidelines and practices that promote fairness, consistency, and compliance, while also fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability

Legal Compliance:
Maintain a deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that our HR practices remain compliant, ethical, and aligned with our values and mission
