About the Opportunity

Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team such as maintaining training records, scheduling training sessions both in person and virtually, manage and respond to inquiries in the central inbox, arrange catering, prepare and provide summary reports

Responsible for the administration of all learning programs as well as assisting in the development, design, testing, roll out and reporting of learning programs

Provide administrative support for the administration of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS)

Coordinate and support Manager Orientation and New Manager Training

Assign, track and provide support to user for Clinical Training/Annual Knowledge Programs with a variety of education related items

Generates reports for completion of required education and performance and development discussions

Other duties as needed

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
A diploma in a relevant field or at least two (2) years of relevant experience

Education in the principles of Adult Education is considered an asset

A strong proficiency in MS Office Suite

Working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Strong attention to detail and effective organizational skills

Previous experience in Human Resources, in health care or health-related industry are considered assets

Previous experience with facilitation and/or public speaking are also considered assets

A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
