We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Advisor, Measurement and Reporting to support our new Workplace Programs team. The HR Advisor would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.


As HR Advisor, you will help build and sustain a measurement and reporting function that will inform the design, delivery and monitoring of initiatives to advance equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), official languages (OL) and wellness in the workplace.

You will establish key performance indicators; identify data sources and gaps; oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data and trends; and lead activities in support of senior management oversight.

You will lead workplace diagnostic activities including EDI employment system reviews and continuous improvements of data collection methods including self identification processes.

You will also manage the NRC's reporting requirements related to EDI, OL, and wellness and work collaboratively with diverse partners and stakeholders.


This position will appeal to someone who has a passion for measuring impact and leveraging qualitative and quantitative analytics to drive measurable change.
