Job Overview
The Hourly Recruiter will provide support to the Bakery Operations team in the areas of Recruiting, onboarding and training.

The incumbent is expected to take ownership of the hourly recruiting process and assist with onboarding new hourly employees and assist with setting up a training plan.

This role will provide the incumbent with opportunities to develop broad cross-functional expertise in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup & verify completion of physical testing and background checks;
  • Backup to HR Coordinator
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 13 years administrative experience or working in an office environment, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
  • College or University Degree is required;
  • CHRP designation or working towards is an asset;
  • Conduct work with integrity, abiding and upholding the Code of Conduct and Company Core Values (Integrity, Respect, Commitment, Courage and Growth);
  • Ability to address issues with mínimal supervision;
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy with all employees at all levels;
  • Deliver results in a fastpaced lean organization, using strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point and Word;
  • Detail oriented, with a track record for accuracy;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written;
