Office Manager

- Type, format and prepare reports, contracts, specifications and letters
- Type, format and prepare architectural contract documents
- Answer and screen in coming calls in a friendly professional manner
- Research and report findings
- Proofread at a high level in English
- Collate reports, specifications (hard and soft copies)
Working with the rest of the team:
- Assist in sending parcels by courier
- Ensure the team has all of the necessities in order to do their work (ie: ordering supplies)
- Provide the remote accounting team with required documents
Skills and qualifications:
- Three years experience in working in an office environment
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites
- Be organized, able to multitask and a problem solver
Assets:
- You have a good knowledge of _StatsLog_ or are familiar with Contemplated change orders, change orders and billing in a construction/architectural environment.
